While Quick Hands increases your damage application by reducing the downtime between clip reloads, you’ll find the biggest relief in that you won’t be wrecked as hard anymore when you suddenly have to reload your gun while enemies are charging you. That alone was a big enough reason to max out this trait for myself personally.

Pro Tip: Remember you can reload while dodging, so if you trigger the reload, then roll away from an enemy, you can be ready to fire again by the time you stand up, thus limiting your vulnerability there.
